Privacy Policy & Terms of Use

Who we are

Our website address is https://fundraisercart.com. By using our website you agree to the terms below and indicate your acceptance of our privacy policy as laid out on this page.

Terms of Use

Student/Seller Accounts. By registering as a seller (often referred to as student registration) on FundraiserCart you agree that you are at least 13 years of age, and or have parental or guardian consent to register.

The registered student’s/seller’s name will appear in a searchable list on the checkout page for your supporters to select in order for you to receive credit for the sale. The registered student’s/seller’s name will also appear on a report page where the URL will be provided to and accessible to the fundraiser’s sponsor (teacher/coach/ PTO president, etc.) so that they can track the overall progress and participation in the fundraiser.

You also agree to allow FundraiserCart to send emails to your registered email address for the purposes of your fundraiser. This can include but is not limited to, emails for password resets, as well as welcome and reminder emails to help you succeed during your fundraiser. Don’t worry, we will not send you marketing or promotional emails not directly related to the successful operation of your fundraiser. Due to the nature of our email automation, you may continue to receive a few fundraiser tips and trick reminder emails after your fundraiser has ended. This will depend on when you register on FundraiserCart.

Submitting email addresses to promote your fundraiser. FundraiserCart allows you to send (share) your fundraiser to people you know via email. By submitting email addresses into our system you understand that we will send up to four emails, on your behalf, to each email address you enter. The emails include your name (The registered student/seller name), your school/group name, and information about your fundraiser. We do not use the emails you submit for any other marketing or promotional purposes outside of helping to spread the word about your fundraiser.
